Our owned offices use only 100% recycled A4 paper for all our letters, policy schedules and invoices.
The documentation we issue to our customers is always printed double sided, as are all the documents we need to print out for internal use.
The lengthy legal notices attaching to our emails have been replaced with a link directing the reader to the same notice in our website. This reduces paper wastage if the email is printed by the recipient.
All waste A4 paper produced by us (and we try our best to keep this to a minimum) is shredded for security purposes and sent for recycling..
